Lars Just

I’m an award-winning documentary photographer who helps companies, news media and organizations tell stories by capturing real people and real moments — honest, documentary-style, high quality imagery.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across Europe, Africa and Asia — from leadership meetings and corporate environments to documentary projects in the field. My focus is always the same: capturing people as they are, in candid and beautiful moments that feel real and human.

Key services:

Based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, working internationally.

Orange Crush was made as a gift to the more than 1500 volunteers working together to create Roskilde Festival – Northern Europes largest music festival.

Through interviews with volunteers, the narrative was build around eight, handwritten eye-witness accounts focusing on singing, voluntariness, love, drunkenness, dance, music, weather and longing.

The photographs in the book was curated from the festivals archive, containing more than 100.000 images from 1971 to present.
